For self-managing landlords, that might mean help with letting or someone to step in while you’re away. For owners who would rather hand over the day-to-day management entirely, Lett also offers a limited full-management service on the Hibiscus Coast.

We can receive tenant communications, respond to issues and coordinate urgent maintenance within the authority you agree with us before you leave.

For owners who want the whole job taken care of, Lett accepts a limited number of fully managed properties across the Hibiscus Coast.
Keeping the portfolio local means your property stays personal. You deal directly with an experienced property manager who knows the property, the tenancy and what is happening.

Nearly 20 years
in residential property management
Lett Property Management is run by Amie O’Donoghue, who has nearly 20 years’ experience in residential property management and has operated her own boutique Auckland property management business since 2009.
Over that time, Amie has managed the full spectrum of residential tenancy — from finding and screening tenants through to inspections, maintenance, compliance and the day-to-day issues that come with owning rental property.
Amie also co-founded NestEgg, a US property-technology company focused on making rental-property ownership and operations simpler. That experience added another layer to the way Lett works today: practical property-management knowledge, backed by better systems and a strong focus on making things straightforward for owners.
Lett is deliberately smaller, more flexible and more personal.
